Enhanced usability, design and search functionality highlight the company’s new commercial real estate site

HUNT Commercial Real Estate Corporation has launched a new website to promote the properties, agents and services of its commercial real estate division. has a clean, simplified interface and offers a comprehesive inventory of all HUNT Commercial properties for sale or lease; recently sold properties; detailed agent biographies; and in-depth information about the real estate and investment services offered by the firm.

Developed by Buffalo, New York based, Argyle Technology Group, the new site incorporates a number of key usability features critical to those searching for commercial and investment properties, including responsive design to ensure a consistent viewing experience across all devices, and keyword-based search to refine results down to a specific property type, building classification or amenity.

“When we sat down to plan out the site’s direction, we had a number of form and function goals in mind,” said Dan Mirsky, Marketing Director for HUNT Real Estate Corporation. “With over 60% of commercial real estate search traffic coming from mobile devices, we had to make sure it incorporated an innovative design with enhanced usability.” Mirsky added, “The most exciting thing to me is the site’s versatility in that we will always have the ability to build upon it with innovative new features.”
