Capital Region real estate veteran with 30 years experience will run HUNT’s new Clifton Park branch and real estate agent training center

HUNT Real Estate ERA has hired Mark Phoenix to manage their newest office location in Clifton Park. Phoenix, formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties in Albany, brings over 30 years of real estate experience working in the Capital Region to HUNT. In addition to opening the Clifton Park office, Phoenix will also oversee creation of the company’s new real estate training center, which will be located within the Clifton Park branch.

With the addition of the Clifton Park branch, HUNT now has six offices in the Capital Region and 40 offices throughout Upstate, Central and Western New York.
